Extremely rude employees working the drive thru. I’ve never filled out a survey nor did a review on McDonald’s before but this experience definitely made me want to question how these employees are trained. Definitely not customer friendly.

Just wanted to post my experience today, always go to drive-thru and never expect something like this when I actually got off and ate inside. Service was fast and food was hot but it wasn't until I went to refill my cup before leaving did I see this black stuff behind the soda spouts and around the ice dispenser. Not sure if it's mold or not regardless made me gag a little. Just so everyone can be careful and check before getting drinks inside only makes you wonder if that's how the public lobby dispensers are imagine how the ones in the back that no one can see could be like. I went here for my wife’s lunch and the lady that was at the first window repeated my order. However, when I got to the other window to pick up my food. The staff was rude and I asked her for mayo and she gave me one. Very rude and I will not go back. The staff that be there in the morning be ok. But when lunch time or dinner. They are rude and don’t care about helping customers out. If you don’t like your job, it’s not right to be there and be rude.

Edit: I bumped it down to 1 star, still just for the hot fries. I went to the website according to their reply below. Spent time to fill up their forms. When I submitted the form, it says "Page Not Found". ____ I'm giving two because the fries was hot, and that is the only good thing I had experienced there. Too slow for a fast food. Waited 20+ minutes for two order of burgers and 2 order of fries. We were in the drive thru, so we had to pull up to the waiting line. It was about 7pm-ish not too many cars parked and not a long line either. The dinner rush was over by then, and yet they couldn
