The female employee completely ignored me from the minute I walked in the door...she took my nieces order, stood by the microwave and watched the food cook, handed the order to my niece, then walked away. There were no other customers in the store. A male employee walked in, strolled over to the drive thru to give his friend a cup of coffee, then he also walked away. I ended up at good ol' starbucks instead.

Mobile order for cheddar bagel twist and 4 stuffed bagel minis. They were out of the bagel twist and offered a coffee roll instead, but I was still charged full price for the more expensive bagel. Only received 2 of the stuffed bagel minis and they were burnt. Terrible experience, had to wait for a second person to come to the window because the first one was ignoring me when I drove up.

One of your female employees, I believe she is Indian I don’t want to get it wrong, she was very rude and she upset me by saying to me “your speech is a problem”. I have a stutter, this is unacceptable to say to someone and she needs to be dealt with. I’m not a rude person by any means and I just ignored her but wow very rude.

Counter service. Only people inside was us three. Took 10 minutes before clerk took our order. Then 10 more to get drinks and another 10 min to get muffins, Bagel. Gave us wrong muffin flavor. So total of 30 min. Of course most of our drinks were gone by time food came. Horrible service. Clerk doing drive thru orders of cars that arrived after we entered store. And receipt is so faded I can't figure out store number to "tell dunkins".
