Don’t use the app to order. This is the third time I’ve ordered ahead and watched the drive thru cars get serviced while we (5 vehicles this last time) waited over 20 minutes before going in and having to get our own orders. Pick somewhere else to order OR use the drive thru since that’s all they FOCUS on for service.

This is the second time we’ve dealt with the employees having a crappy attitude. We forgot to order sauce at the speaker so we asked if we could get them at the window. They never told us that the sauces got put in the bag so we didn’t know that they were there and the girl had an attitude, rolled her eyes and was saying we had to pay extra for more sauce when we didn’t even know the sauce was in the bag in the first place after asking for it. Updated 2025 to go along with previous review, Still nothing changed. Only worse! Waiting constantly in the drive through after 11pm getting stuck can't order/pick up orders because they don't take any orders for almost 20 min on regular basis. This is a nightly issue! Customers started yelling hello then they respond & start taking orders. No cars in line at windows.
