I have had so many issues with this Chipotle. This evening, my husband stopped in to get me food. When he arrived home, half of my food was in the bottom of the bag. I ordered the kids BYO tacos. The lids kind of sit on top and the bag perfectly fits the container. They must have carelessly through in the container thus dumping out the food. My husband said they were very unpleasant and there were no napkins. I’m so disappointed that, time after time, there are issues at this Chipotle.

Latest review:(5/10/2026) Now I see the reason for the reviews... I'll never make a to go order here again, lesson learned. The guy asked me when I walked in what my name was. He then proceeded to build out 4 orders by himself. All of the same time, despite me, being the only person there to take mine. Long story short, I sat there for an extra 25 minutes because I ordered it online in advance. If I went through the line, I would have already been at home, halfway through my meal. can’t stand this chipotle idek why I still come . I go in to chipotle and order a burrito with steak and chicken I ask for double portion of both. the lead at the register tells me it’s $25 for one burrito which doesn’t even add up. they completely over charged me. I got on the app and make the same exact meal and it comes out to $15 mind you the other day I came in for the exact same thing and it was $15. they barley wanted to refund me the right price and told me they would have to remake the burrito just for them to throw it away. And none one knows how to properly fold a burrito one side o
