3 visits for a hot black coffee and each time it has been cold. Today I ordered a bagel that turned out burnt asked to replace with a new one without toasting it and they bring me a new one burnt toasted again. Not to mention it took over a half hour for the entire drive thru process.

This location is historically slow, but on Sunday April 12th it took incompetence to another level. I arrived at 7:30am to see 1 car at the order kiosk and a few in line around the bend. Once the order was taken I pulled up and after 5 mins an employee told me to hold on, for another 8 mins. Finally, employee took a simple order, large coffee, 2 egg/cheese wraps and 1 Boston Creme donut. Upon arrival at the window, paid and received the donut. Just under 5 mins later received the coffee and was told she was waiting on the food. Employee never returned. I sat there for 15 minutes at the window

I’m soooooooo tired of people applying to jobs especially in hospitality that don’t even want to work. Come in with a messed up attitude ready to ruin the next person day by being absolutely difficult. So confused on why I couldn’t place 2 orders or even add another coffee to the first order. What would have been the difference if I placed an order in the drive thru and then walked inside to place another order? Make it make sense. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every so often for the last few months and the food is usually average, but the service is always awful. It’s a horrible experience whether I go through the drive-through or go inside. this morning just really topped the cake when my whole order was wrong and said this was not the coffee I ordered and asked who took my order. They refused to tell me and the lady said I don’t know. they didn’t offer to remake the coffee or ask what it is I wanted.
