Ive never had many issues with IHOP but today has been absolutely ridiculous. We were sat (party of two) immediately. Service was slow and food took over an hour to get to our table. My partner ordered the unlimited pancakes but after being here for almost 2 hours gave up after 3 plates due to how slow the service was. When our waitress finally got around to us he asked for a 3rd plate and our bill. I ordered the world famous strawberry banana pancakes combo with fresh strawberries instead of glazed. This IHOP is absolutely incredible! My family got to visit here twice on our annual vacation and were delighted to have Kaira as our server. She was wonderful - very attentive, kind, friendly, and made sure we all had a great time. The food was absolutely delicious, the restaraunt was clean and welcoming, and all of the staff were fabulous. Thank you IHOP for being one of the best food stops on our vacation! 🥰

We had our best experience dining out in 6 years. Not only was Victor absolutely amazing the food was SO good. Victor was charismatic and quick. Not only to us, but tables around us as well which created a great atmosphere. It’s always nice to hear everyone laughing and see everyone smiling. Our kids also enjoyed him! The food was looked good on the plate even though they were busy. It was NOT thrown on a plate it looked almost identical to the picture! Not only did it look good it tasted amazing.

The omelet was terrible. Tge hashbrowns and pan cakes where good but they need to clean the syrups I could not even open the push button syrup dispenser it was so sticky. Servers were nice.
