I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location for a long time, and I wanted to recognize Heather and Susie for their hard work and excellent customer service. They are always friendly, professional, and make the experience welcoming. I’ve noticed that the service during weekends can feel a little less consistent when the regular crew is different, but I still appreciate the effort everyone puts in. I hope the same level of customer care continues because employees like Heather and Susie really make a difference.

I haven’t been to Panera in years! Was craving soup so I ran on my lunch break. I did the Pick Two deal, was a lil surprised by the price but after I got my food I could tell I got my moneys worth! The salad was so fresh, full of ingredients, large in size and filling. The soup was delicious as well.

We stopped for a quick dine-in meal and it did not disappoint. The food is great and the service was quick. The lobby was clean and there were plenty of booths and tables available. The only drawback was some table busing needed to happen. Great stop!
