Poor customer service They don’t listen when taking orders. They always forget something every single time I visit and when you ask them to correct the problem they get an attitude. I am not a racist but for crying out loud can we get crew members that speak and understand English clearly?! I know the language barrier is part of the reason they keep messing up people order. McDonald’s is slowing loosing its appeal with places like Raising Canes and Chic Fila maintaining good quality food attached to good quality customer service. Owned by Saleem, so it says onthe door. Not clean in the ladies bathroom. 3 toilet stalls & ONE sink between walls. Is this compliant to building codes?

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated with suspicion rather than as a paying customer. When I tried to pick up my order, the staff refused to properly verify it and instead made me feel like I was trying to take something that wasn’t mine. Rather than calmly checking the order details or asking for confirmation in a respectful way, the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. It was embarrassing to be treated like a thief in front of other customers, especially when I had done nothing wrong. Customer service
