CHECK YOUR FOOD. I found a metal shaving in my bowl that cut my tongue on my first bite. Chow mein with mushroom chicken like I always get. This place is usually good, but the metal shaving will not have me coming back here.

Most ridiculous customer service experience ever!!! The girl in black uniform which I am assuming is the manager was rude, and acted like she didn’t care about helping customers at all. The entrée I wanted was never available, or if it was, she refused to give it to me without explaining why. When I asked how long it would take, she gave me a ridiculously long wait time and didn’t even try to offer any alternatives, I had to be the one to ask about switching entrées myself!!! On top of that, there was water dripping from the ceiling, which is very concerning for food safety, and the Broccoli B

Been going here for years and today your food was horrible your customer service was way beyond horrible!! If I acted the way the manager did today I would of been fired! You are rude you displayed a lack in the happiness in your customer.. so I treasure you s negative zero on dealing with customers. Wow! Im pretty tired of being short changed at panda. I pay extra for the honey walnut shrimp then only get 5. What the heck is up with that. You literally charge extra for it so load it up or take away the extra charge. I get it its a business you have to make money but my other 2 orders were literally super greens with white rice and super greens with broccoli beef. Probably the most profitable dishes for panda.
