I ordered online got to the window to pick up my order just to be told they didn't have the McRib my boyfriend ordered went back and forth about what he could order the The lady in the window kept closing the window before he could give out the full order for what he wanted in exchange for the McRib. McDonald’s is decent if you need something quick, but it’s kind of hit or miss. The food is usually what you expect, but sometimes it feels rushed and not as fresh as it could be. The fries are great when they’re hot, but when they’re not, it’s a different story. Service depends on the time of day—sometimes it’s fast and smooth, other times the wait is longer than it should be, especially for fast food. The staff is usually fine, nothing over the top but not rude either. Overall, it gets the job done when you’re in a hurry, but consistency could definitely be better.

The line was empty and my order taken immediately. But the wait to pay and get my food was horrible. I’m actually quite used to a line that moves slowly at any McDonald’s. When handed my food I checked to make sure everything was there but I didn’t know I would need to open my chicken nugget boxes to verify I received actual chicken nuggets. I drive over the bridge back to my home in Memphis. When I got home my kids were excited to eat McDonald’s! I Love McDonald's French Fries but not today! They were mushy, how the heck do you get mushy French Fries out of a Fryer? Too bad for me too, I usually get a medium but today I used some of my points from there app to get a large, what should've been a treat, turned out to be terrible. Very disappointing, let's go McDonald's you can do better! Mushy French Fries Not Acceptable!!!!
