Small BUSYYYYYY spot really busy. Staff is polite and respectful, simple as the place on its own. On the end it is not 5 star Michelin restaurant or bar it is normal little DD, don't expect Michelin service and free food if they make mistake, instead give them chance to fix same and stay polite . Young teenagers trying their best to accommodate those who expect way too much. Prices normal , stop by have patience and enjoy coffee or munchies, nobody is perfect give a chance and smile

Everyone was very polite; but this is 4 times in a row they cannot get my order correct, even after I point out that the order summary screen shows my order incorrectly. And the care that is shown in making the food/drinks is seriously lacking, see the attached photo for a very sad bacon portion. I appreciate the politeness but something has to change, the employees have no pride in the food and drinks they make.

For the past 3 years, I have visited this location at least once a day for a medium iced mocha latte with almond milk. This store has extremely long wait times. Most of the time I receive my latte as ordered. Sometimes they forget to put Mochaswirl in the latte, which is fine, I can deal with that. But I can't deal with what I experienced today. I waited 45 minutes in the drive through from beginning to end. When I arrived up to the window, I received... this. I can't even explain what this is. It looks like rancid tea. I said something to the girl at the window, and she literally just said "

The people here are always super nice but my coffee consistently has grounds at the bottom. Like 3 in 4 cups have grounds in it
