My recent experience using door dash. I did Not receive my packet of teriyaki sauce. I added to my order and I called to the store and the employee asked what to do you want me to do. (bring the sauce to complete the order mama). She refuses to do so. How can I enjoy the food if I don't have my sauce. I had to use what I had here at home.

Server took my order, didn't complete my order, asked my name, wrote it on the container saying someone else will finish and walked away. Stood there for at least 2 minutes before the manager took over, not before walking back and forth 3 time. Never apologized, picked up another container and asked my order. I said, you didn't complete order. She said is that your name on this container, point to the container. I said yes. Then she said, then your order is complete. A frequent visitor… this place does its best with what it has. You can’t blame the staff how awkwardly small and tight spaced the store is set up. Is the food delicious? YES! Is the staff friendly and greet you? YES! Is the store and bathroom clean? YES! Is the wait time long? YES 😂 but who cares order ahead if you’re in a rush.

Customer service here is awesome. The constant is Shirley-always giving service with a smile and making sure things are moving efficiently in what is typically a busy store. There is also a new manager (don't know her name) whose service is amazing and who moves through customers very quickly. I don't eat fast food, but I love this location.
