Stopped by the Five Guys at Polaris and the crew was awesome — super friendly and chill. I was asking about their potatoes and beef, and they told me everything’s fresh — never frozen, and the beef is only about two days from harvest. Pretty wild! Fries were on point and the milkshake was killer. Definitely a great spot!

My sister and I had burgers from here on 4/12/26. As my sister was eating her burger, she saw something fall from it. Thinking it was a condiment that fell… It actually turned out to be a WORM in her burger! We also found another one on our fires. The place is disgusting and we will never be coming back!!

The worst experience i have ever had at a service based business. They were short staffed and you knew it from the minute you walked in until you left because the staff would not shut up about how horrible management was about staffing. I waited til I had my food to finally say shut the heck up. If they really cared about the customer experience like they claimed as they made every excuse in the book for why service was slow they wouldnt spend more time griping than they do putting orders together. Just no class bad experience all the way around.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Usually the food here is delicious but today it was absolutely atrocious. The burger arrived with no cheese when it was ordered with cheese and you can see from the picture that it arrived in a pile of mush. It was disgusting. The fries were also stole cold and mushy. No idea what’s going on here but I won’t be returning to this location ever again
