Service particularly slow at 11:30 am. Not busy, either. Others served before us and our order was a McDouble value meal with a diet coke and two McChicken sandwiches. The food wasn't particularly hot and fresh so the wait wasn't even worth it. The service wasn't bad enough to never go back and I don't want to be overly critical. This was just my experience. YMMV

Drive thru order for 2 cheeseburgers only to get home and there be no burgers in either bun. Both had cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickles but no meat. Are your Employees playing jokes on people ? If so, not funny. Update- I called the store number and it took 5 calls to get an answer. The manager seemed overwhelmed and apathetic offering no real concern or even an explanation as to how her employees could wrap 2 cheeseburgers w everything but the burgers.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to , the sprite is crispy, the frys perfect crunchy and salty , orders always right , specific shout out to the people working on monday may 25th who fixed my mobile drive through order . McDonald’s corporate owes them a raise ,genuinely the best McDonald in a 250 mile range ,half the time when you ask for exesive espresso at other locations they don’t deliver (3 espresso fraps with the mobile app discount is a great deal), they will ask permission and ensure you get your full serving

This location is very skimpy on fries. They don't stuff the containers and there's no "extra" fries in the bag. Also, verify your order before leaving; we got a happy meal with the double fry option instead of apple slices, and they left one out and didn't get slices either. Disappointing. I'll stick to the rte 18 location from now on, it's way more reliable. Really that's all you want with a McDonald's, right? Getting your order right should be baseline
