About 6 months ago, for the first time, I ordered a honey mustard crispy chicken wrap. I was very pleased with the overall sandwich. It was neatly prepared and packaged. It was tasty and the chicken portion was reasonable for the price. Since then I have been ordering these wraps fairly regularly. However, with each subsequent purchase, today included (2/13/26) the quality and presentation of this once yummy wrap has considerably gone downhill. I love Burger King, but today I was not very happy Let's start with the cons 1. I don't know why, but I was waiting for my order for 22 minutes, Although there were not many people, I think this is due to the fact that there are few workers in this branch 2. My burger was not very fresh, maybe because I waited 22 minutes 3. Unfortunately, the biggest minus is the lack of sauces, it may be possible to add them to my order next time And now the pluses 1. The bacon in my burger was a delicious, good roast, seasoning and most importantly freshness 2. The fries are delicious

They don't always have the door unlocked so I've had to walk the drive through a couple times to collect my order, once they let me in and the manager or supervisor shouted at the lady for doing that which seemed unfair to me. I've also been served a burger with what looks like a pre-bitten patty, or just straight up given the wrong food.

This establishment really needs a certified food protection manager. Sadly, this Burger King has failed to have one this past two years per their health inspections! Please get a certified food protection manager and then I will eat here. I love Burger King, but you guys need to do better. 🥲
