Max gave great service today when picking my order up. I was given the IceDream cone by another member and it was about 5 minutes before I received my fries. The cone was melting of course. Max mad sure I was to take my IceDream cone with me by remaking it so I wouldn't be a sticky mess. Max made this visit 5-Star service.Thanks Max! Keep up the great service!😊

Chick-fil-A has always been good grub lol. Saturday was of course jam packed and food court was no exception as it was a gorgeous day and I had lunch and shopping with a friend. We tried their new chicken club sandwich on a pretzel roll which was good!

Had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A in Willow Grove Mall! The chicken deluxe and nuggets were so tasty and delicious. I couldn't get enough of them! But what really made the visit special was Shavay's kind and attentive approach. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. No means to help. Ordered through doordash. Kept delaying. Drivers kept dropping order. When called the store they said they cannot give my paid order to me to pickup and it has to be doordash driver. They said I have to cancel and doordash says i cannot get refund if I cancel. Absolute scam.
