There was easily was 16 people in front of me I counted we’ve all been in line for more than 25 waiting for them to take our orders The poor guy was doing everything he possibly could the guy in the black shirt, but they were basically making him do all the serving and also that to go orders Again, I wanna have the guy with the glasses with more than overwhelmed. I just think it’s unfair how they’re Having one person help 16 people the manager was cooking, but honestly, he was no help. He was super rude when I asked him because I had again been recording for more than 25 minutes. He was saying

Where's the rest of my food? Portions are noticeably smaller than before. Judging by other recent reviews and my recent visits, this seems to be a trend. So they have been raising prices and lowering the portions? That's a good and quick way to lose customers. Maybe next time I want some quick service Chinese American food, I'll go to Leeaan Chin.

I normally don’t do reviews but this time I was very disappointed. I did an online order only to find the portions very small when I got home. Our chow mein had barely any noodles, looks like a vegetable salad. Seems like they don’t care much about customer experience.

This is the only location near me. For a restaurant you would think they would serve and cook till their close time 9:30. Almost every time I come in they are out of most dishes and refuse to make more despite there being a line out the door each time. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I’ve never seen service like this especially in the food industry. I don’t doubt the workers are tired and underpaid but every night there is a rush right before close. You would think they would keep the food stocked for that rush.
