I am writing this from the hospital right now. After eating the Chicken Al Pastor from this location, I have been dealing with constant vomiting and severe bloating to the point where I needed medical attention. This is not a minor stomach ache this is a serious health situation. When I received my order, the chicken had an off texture that I had never seen before in all my previous visits. I ordered on door like I usually do and 9/10 they always forget something whether it's in my bowl or something I've ordered on the side. But today takes the cake🤣 I ordered a bowl double adobo chicken, rice, beans, corn salsa cheese lettuce and queso and another bowl double regular chicken white rice lettuce corn salsa and queso... Whyyyyyyyy did I get TWO BOWLS WITH WHITE RICE, 1LB OF SOUR CREAM, AND CHEESE???? Terrible experience. Every. Single. Time. No matter how many fake positive reviews they push through, if you show up it's a 0 star disaster. This is a slap in the face to the Chipotle brand and nobody seems to care. I am not returning. What a joke this place is. They can't do the basics. They never have food items available. The staff is either stressed or rude. They get orders wrong constantly. Where is the leadership? It's a never ending clueless disaster. Shameful.
