A must-order is the Bún Chả – grilled pork served with white rice vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and a delicious sweet–tangy dipping sauce. It pairs perfectly with their Hanoi crab and prawn spring rolls. The sizzling beef is their signature dish and it didn’t disappoint, arriving piping hot with oven-baked sizzling ribs.
