The restaurant has a really nice vibe!!! There's outdoor seating, indoor seating, and seating upstairs at the mezzanine level. The overall presentation was quite nice, although there were a few glasses/dishes on empty tables which took a little while to clear. I went to buy a small pizza at around 5:04 PM. The staff member who took my order was an Asian man with absolutely no sense of customer service. There was no menu recommendation or anything helpful at all. On top of that, when he handed me the order buzzer, he lightly tossed it onto the menu instead of properly giving it to me. I don’t know what happened to him beforehand, but if he’s not ready to work, then he should take the day off. Hopefully the owner or manager will take the time to train their staff better.
