Requested an umbrella be put up at our very sunny outdoor table near the slide so I can watch my daughter in full view, asked two staff members, the last of which was the owner. She was incredibly rude when she was unable to put it up due to the neighbouring bushes being in the way. They got the wrong order, made a wrong coffee and instead of offering an apology the barista have the audacity to be rude as if it was a customer’s fault. Far out - Disgraceful behaviour.
