Very slow service. Had to wait a long time for just a whopper and chips. Lots of shady people around, i wouldnt go there during the evening. Chips were good.

They usually get your order right, but you will be waiting for it in the drive thru especially late at night around 11pm - 12am. The food is normally hot and fresh though, and tastes pretty good. Just one of the slowest drive through fast foods I've ever been to, would like to see the team up their game, they could really turn a better profit if managed better.

Didn’t get a chance to eat here this time, but everything looked like they were absolutely smashing it. I popped in after realising I’d forgotten my card and was having the worst luck trying to get cash out anywhere else in the shopping centre. Kira, the assistant manager, was honestly incredible, so kind, patient and genuinely accommodating. She went out of her way to help and completely turned my day around. All the staff I came across were just as friendly and welcoming. Such amazing customer service — I’ll definitely be back properly next time!

service is terrible. been waiting near to 15 minutes for 2 bbq cheeseburgers. the girls who are on front counter keep giggling and laughing, not taking their jobs seriously. one girl had about five bags around here and she looked around confused, waiting as she didn’t know what she was supposed to do. haven’t received the burgers but i have a good feeling they’re gonna be sloppy. front counter sucks at their jobs
