if i could give no stars i would LOL. Tonight was just the pinnacle of what has been many wrong orders from this place. Usually it’s expected for them to miss something here or forget something here, and we don’t bother because try explaining that to the lethargic teenage staff that don’t want a bar of it… we ordered on Uber to save the trip, and made our order pretty expressly clear… they somehow butchered the core parts of the meals (all 3 burgers). Not the fault of this HJs in particular im sure but they don't allow you to use 2 vouchers in one order anymore which is a bit disappointing (example: a shake and win and a voucher item) this HJ is always pretty tidy and quick, staff are nice, they come to the counter quickly which isn't always the case at other fast food places these days lol. they get your coffee order right and don't spill it everywhere!

This place is inline with the local garbage tip. The place was very unclean, the food wasn't even just ok it was awful. And I had to ask the staff to clean up my table prior to eating and when they started to clean up the employee didn't know anything about customer service and how to clean. If I was the manager I would be ashamed of how the restaurant looks, the food is presented and how customers have to ask to have the place clean at all times. Giving this place a one star is being generous. My husband and I ordered one coffee and one iced chocolate on skim milk with no cream on top. It took 15 mins to make our drinks. Approx 10 food orders came in after us and they had all left, with their meals before I spoke to the manager and asked if it was normal to wait 15 mins for a cuppa. She said no, she spoke to her staff and didn't say anything back to us, as if we weren't worthy of her time. Bad management, she needs to go. The staff need an overhaul in customer service.
