I had such a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff were so kind and genuinely nice, which made such a difference. My drink was made perfectly and honestly tasted so good, it really made my day better. They even wrote ‘thank you’ with a smiley face on my cup, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that mean a lot. Amazing service!

We had coffee and a snack. The Danish toast was delicious but the coffee was too bland. It could be better in many ways. You can get tastier coffee in a random cafe in Melbourne than Starbucks and that’s true.

I was quite surprised (and honestly disappointed) with my experience at this Starbucks branch. I ordered a drink I regularly get at other Starbucks locations—a Cold Tall Americano with white mocha, breve (half & half), and no water—and was told they no longer do breve. The photo attached is proof other Starbucks branches do these orders. What’s confusing is that this same branch has made my drink before, and I’ve had it without any issues at multiple Starbucks stores. When my little one accidentally spilled a drink, Jason sprang into action with a big smile 😊 and made us feel at ease.
