I understand how staffs are under pressure during the peak time. However, when I order a bagel to be toasted for my kid, I got served a burnt bagel and literally I can't cut it with my teeth. After asking the staffs to warm up the replacements TWO TIMES, I gave up with it to ask them anymore. The bagels literally cannot be chewed. I have been a royal customer here since 2019. And I honestly think that the current service team definitely need a development plan for both services and training.

I’m not one to ever leave negative reviews but I just had to share this because I’m so let down. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for this drink which I added cold foam to (at an extra cost). My drink came looking like this…the cold foam is practically non-existent and what’s left of it was extremely curdled. I made a comment at the window that it looks a little lumpy, and the worker just giggled and said thanks have a good day. To be fair I don’t think she understood what I said, but I didn’t want to be a pain and complain further to have it remade as I was conscious of how much time I alre
