Gasthaus Quell

We visited the Gasthaus for dinner on our last night in Vienna. The interior is a little worn, but the food is good and plentiful. Service was excellent. We had the Huhnerstreifensalat, Wiener Schnitzel, Eiernockerl, Letschogemuse and the Kabeljau natur. All were excellent.

Great service and food. It's a bit expensive, but the quantity makes up for it. I loved that the meals are balanced. Lots of pork dishes, interestingly. The staff was friendly, and the vibe is great. Locals seem to eat here, but they also have an English menu.

The restaurant has a traditional look, which some may find a bit old-fashioned, but the food more than makes up for it. Everything we tried was excellent, and we tasted several different dishes, all full of flavor and well prepared. The staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They helped us with recommendations and even asked for feedback. I can confidently recommend this restaurant for a very enjoyable dining experience.
