Le Mystlque fine dining experience, at the elegant Heritage Hotel. Had the 5 course tasting menu with paring wines that were exceptional. Each complex dish was beautifully presented. Pror to every course the excellent waiter explained the ingredients , pairing wine and combinations of flavours. Service was first class The atmosphere was a little flat as only two other tables were occupied. One note to add very expensive.

We dined at Le Mystique while staying in Bruges and enjoyed the 5-course meal. They were able to accommodate our dietary preferences, which included vegetarian and pescatarian options. The dishes prepared were visually beautiful and unique. While not every course was absolutely spot on, we walked away truly enjoying our evening and felt it was well worth the cost. I especially want to recognize Jarno, our waiter, who was absolutely delightful and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. He truly added to the experience and deserves recognition for that. Thank you!

My husband and I chose Le Mystique to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary — a special occasion that, unfortunately, set the bar higher than this restaurant could clear. The evening started on a sour note before we'd even ordered. When we attempted to select different main courses, our server argued with us, insisting we were not allowed to do so — even threatening to charge us a €50 no-show fee when we considered leaving in frustration.
