I’ve tried too many hot chocolates, this one was the best to my taste: Dark, intense, and smooth. Not sugary or overly sweet. I chose the 85% vegan chocolate with coconut milk and it was great. The place, atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and price are all top notch. Thanks!

Every time I think about this café, all I can say is “my goddd.” The atmosphere is perfect, the quality is amazing, and the staff are incredibly kind. You can even choose the exact chocolate flavor you want. Absolutely love this place.

So happy with Chocoladebar Mayana. Absolutely the most sweetheart server spent so much time helping our dazzled and indecisive preteen choose her order and ours. When she heard that our son wanted fruit and we would rather have him prioritize something else, she sneaked him some strawberries. We would love to return some day. It is the only Chocolate Bar in Ghent by the way. Gorgeous ambiance, indoor and outdoor seating. Note that there’s a sign on the opposite side of the road as well but only one side is functional. If you’re Asian it’s too sweet. We felt a bit sick after. Maybe get a less sweet option. We got the Yucatán and the chocolate coffee. But the cafe is beautiful and the vibes are nice.
