On a recent visit to the Wendy’s in Airdrie for breakfast, I was initially impressed by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. However, my experience quickly deteriorated upon attempting to find a suitable place to sit. The first table I approached was visibly unclean, marred by greasy fingerprints and scattered food crumbs. Assuming it was an isolated issue, I checked other tables, only to find similar conditions—food splatter, crumbs, and smudges throughout the dining area. February 2025 Disappointed. I asked for mustard and didn't get any. My bun was soggy and there was barely a leaf of lettuce on it. Fries were not very salty and kinda cold. January 2025 Solid fast food but kinda crappy service! Miles better than McDonald's for the same price or less. I've gotten the Baconator, Dave's Single and Double a couple times each and have enjoyed them all. Obviously it is a fast food burger so nothing too crazy but it's disappointing that they rarely get my order right even when I order through the app! Way to much emphasis on drive thru. Don’t go when busy waited far too long. 20 min for a few nuggets. East side Wendy’s is much better managed.

Fries we cold and chewy. I had to take my hamburger back to the counter twice and they still got it wrong! Since when does a baconator have 1 slice of bacon? I just gave up! Never going back And I was the only customer. Come on now! 5 employees can't make one burger, tables are all dirty.
