This McDonald’s in Ajax is one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to! The dining area, restrooms, and even the drink station were spotless. The staff were friendly, quick, and organized, which made the visit smooth and pleasant. My order came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted just the way it should. It’s clear the team here takes pride in keeping the place tidy and welcoming, which isn’t always the case at fast-food spots. Great job to the management and crew — I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at McDonald’s. I ordered an iced coffee and politely asked for less ice because I have a throat problem. The cashier refused my request. I then spoke to the manager, hoping for some understanding and flexibility, but the manager also refused and simply said, “It is what it is. There’s nothing we can do.” This was not just poor customer service—it showed a complete lack of empathy and basic consideration for a customer with a simple health-related request. This location is one of the very few left that still have excellent customer service and polite staff who have been properly trained and know how to do their job. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they took our order, confirmed it at the window to take payment, handed me my food and asked me to confirm it's correct before having me pull off. Everyone was so nice. I'd make the trip from Scarborough to here just for the proper Mcd's customer service
