I went with the house recommendations: butter chicken with fresh naan, silky, balanced, wipe-the-plate good, and a dum biryani that was fragrant, generous, and not heavy. Wrapped it all up with a strong cup of karak chai—perfect finish. Simple, honest, delicious food with the kind of hospitality you remember. I’ll be back and am bringing friends.
