This is the fifth and final time I'm ordering bagels here. It's an easy request. Everything bagel. DOUBLE toasted. Extra butter. This is still soft, and barely buttered. Retrain your staff on how to make bagels, I understand y'all want speed of service, but this is not satisfying for customers, and affects the ACCURACY of orders. The first image is from your location. The second image is WHAT A DOUBLE TOASTED BAGEL SHOULD LOOK LIKE. Your bagel is barely toasted.

Saturday May 23 @ 6:15pm Cashier Fatima Travadi As this is our local Tim Hortons visited this location this morning. The bathroom is absolutely filthy there's pee on the floor and nobody wants to address this or clean the washroom. Since this is a fast food restaurant health Canada should really step in and grade how establishments maintain and clean their washroom facilities. Imagine if that's how the bathroom is how is the kitchen in the back. Return that evening to the drive-thru which I was told I could not get decaf coffee as the machine was not working.
