Visited on Tuesday around 7 PM and had a fantastic experience at this location. Honestly, it’s one of the rare times I can say I had a genuinely positive experience at a Tim Hortons. Even though there are closer locations to me, I’d definitely go out of my way to come back here because of how great the service and overall experience were.

I visited your location around 11:45 PM and found the doors closed, even though it is listed as 24 hours. I politely asked the staff member if I could get a coffee. He told me that at night they only serve customers with cars, and that walk‑in customers cannot be served. This was extremely disappointing. I was standing right there, and he could have handed me the coffee from the same drive‑thru window he was using to serve others. Refusing service to someone simply because they are not in a car is unreasonable, especially for a location advertised as 24 hours. I hope you can address this iss

This Tim Hortons is open 24 hours, though I haven’t personally visited beyond 10 p.m. The ambience is quite welcoming. There's a large table in one corner, perfect for a group of 4–5 friends to hang out. Another cozy spot faces Confederation Parkway — ideal for solo visitors to enjoy a peaceful coffee while watching the road and passing vehicles from taller chairs. One corner is set up with standard tables and chairs, suitable for families or seniors. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the washroom was — something you don't always expect.
