This place needs to be staffed better. Nothing against the people working. Seems to be a management problem. Having two people in line but a 15 minute wait to even place an order is unreasonable. Then another 15 minute wait to get the order. The food was fine, but I will not return.

The food, as usual, was excellent — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I always appreciate the quality and consistency at this location. However, I did want to share some honest feedback about the service during my recent visit on *Sunday, December 14th at 12:04 PM* (Order #2026). Unfortunately, the service at the front counter was disappointing. The cashier seemed disengaged and unwelcoming — no greeting, no interaction, and no communication throughout the ordering process. After I placed my order, I was left standing in silence until I noticed the payment terminal on my own. Not a single word

I've visited this location many times, but today was one of the best experiences I've had, and I had to finally write a review. I was talking to Bibi about the new frosty, asking what her opinion was on it after I had purchased my meal (as I was debating on ordering one when I finished eating). She asked me if I've ever had the peppermint prior, then gave me a kids snack size complimentary to ensure I like it before buying one. I wasn't expecting this at all! What great customer service!! My meal (chicken strips and fries) were at par with the standards and they made it fresh in a timely manne
