I went on Sunday, June 14 around 7 in the morning. I have no complaint about the food. But I feel that staff requires more training. I came in to find a young woman at the counter talking to two individuals who may be her friends, but who I originally thought were other customers. I waited for my turn to give my order. Curious that order-taking was taking a bit longer (does it take 5 minutes to select items at A&W?), I asked one of the pair who had been silent if she was also in line to give her order. I didn't catch the names of the women that served me but I was there today, just now, and had the most amazing customer service from these two ladies at the drive thru. I drove away smiling at how pleasant and accommodating they were. We don't have many people left in the service industry that show up and smile despite the world being so cruel. Whatever your names are, thank you ladies! Food was hot and tasty, too! All Canadian Special, no tomato

I love sweet potato fries but yours are never cooked enough. I know you’re a busy place but please cook them a bit longer. Eating them still a bit raw is disgusting!
