I usually love to order from door dash or even go in person, the overall cafe is very nice and clean. Customer service is very polite as well. This place does tend to run expensive.. however i ordered a small Vanilla Frappe which ran me almost $9 for the cup itself via door dash not including tip. I asked for whipped cream and this is how it arrived. It was nearly 70% whipped cream and 30% actual drink. It lasted maybe 5 sips if im being generous? I tried calling and no one answered. Williams Cafe in Kitchener has quickly become one of my favourite places to work and study. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, with comfortable seating and just the right amount of background noise to stay focused without feeling overwhelmed. Just wanted to say something quick about my experience. In the mornings, everything is honestly great. The ladies working are always super nice and the food and coffee are always good and fresh. No complaints there at all. But in the afternoons it’s a completely different story. The coffee usually tastes old, the service isn’t great, and my orders get messed up pretty often. It’s happened enough times that it’s gotten pretty frustrating. I used to come all the time because of how good it was in the mornings, but now I barely come anymore.

I work at City Hall and this Williams is my go to lunch spot. I am obsessed with the chicken panini and the chicken caesar wrap. The panini is always perfectly pressed and crispy and the wrap is super fresh every time. It is so convenient to grab a meal here and the staff is always great. Highly recommend it if you are in the area or working downtown.
