Best-Bite? Yeah right. Located near the sauce-spot on the right side of dough- I fortunately noticed a hair in my pizza. And I mean in; Not under the cheese- but baked into the dough. And just so happened to fortunately not eat it, as I had just stopped to answer a phone call. Fast-forward, I go back to see about making some sort of resolution to this issue. Upon arriving, the store had a few teenagers eating, so I tried to handle my complaint with courtesy and discretion. The (obnoxious) staff member then began to say he couldn’t see anything, and argue with me. I then had to verbally state

I’ve been eating at best bite for 6 years, it’s always amazing! Thick slices, not too greasy, not too salty, crispy crust, and always delicious! They recently made some upgrades so they must be doing well for themselves understandably so. This is my go to pizza place in the lower mainland 10/10 and the staff is always very pleasant! I highly recommend checking it out if you love thick pizza

This was the best pizzas I've had all year. My family from out of town loved it. It went perfect with UFC and cold brews. Loads of toppings, lots of cheese, tasty crust. Easily one of the best pizza places in town.
