The food is both delicious and healthy, and it’s my first choice when I want something nutritious in the area. The staff are super helpful and friendly, which always makes the experience better. (I also really like that they provide a detailed PDF with nutritional information on their website.) The avocado toast and sirloin bowl are my favorites.

Healthy and tasty. Portions decent size. Very fast. Vibe good and seating area small, but everything packaged for takeout. With few places being as healthy as this, likely to return. Would prefer if they roasted the cabbage and cauliflower as it seems like there a number of raw veggies in the food, so it’s prepared somewhere between a meal and a salad. There’s vegan and non dairy options.

Ordered a Sirloin bowl for takeout lunch. Perfecr healthy meal with decent amount of protein, fresh veggies, dressigns and i really loved their yam potatoes. Would love to try different bowl options next time.

Love this place! One of my favourite spots to grab lunch downtown. Delicious, healthy options and the staff are amazing. The Thai Salad and Holy Poke are my constant go-tos (but you can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu.)
