Susie De Franco★★Was there sat August 9th at 6:30 pm. I asked if the short older woman could speak English and she could not so I ordered in French. It's not great French but worked for me for 8 days in QB. She couldn't understand me at all. So we tried to order by numbers ... She pretended not to understand that either. Finally I asked for the most sr person there and then ordered our burger and salad ... Even when she filled my diet Pepsi - she filled it 2/3 full. Horrible. I totally respect speaking in French but she could have tried and be friendlier. Harvey's should do something!! Burger was great! Th
