I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, my drink was missing. When I called the store to simply ask about it, the employee named “Harnaaz” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he became defensive and outright disrespectful over the phone. His tone was aggressive, and he spoke in a way that no customer should ever have to tolerate. All I wanted was a basic explanation or solution, but instead I was met with hostility and poor attitude. This is completely unacceptable cust

This isn’t my usual subway but every time I go, the bread is hard and cuts up my mouth, and unfortunately the workers act like the vegetables are coming out of their paycheque 😔 I have to ask for extra 3-4 times just to get a good amount of food. It got to the point that I actually laughed because of how comedic the portions were. IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE to them when you ask for extra veggies. Takeaways: stingy with portions, unfresh bread. Always empty

i couldn't have had worse experience here i love my subway so i'm constantly nice when getting my food and i walk in and no greeting at all so i ignore it bc yes some people have bad days that's fine then i get to trying to pay and he refuses to take my payment and proceeds to take the sandwich all because there was a little tear in my 20$ bill and so i had to pay with card as i nicely and calmly asked why i can't pay with that and he gets all defensive saying he doesn't have to take that payment and proceeds to raise his voice for me and my wife to get out of the store, so after going to the

The ?owner is really stingy, I almost wanted to walk out and not get the sub. I asked for lots of spinach and he proceeded to put 5 leaves on. I asked for a bit more and he put 3 leaves on. I asked once more— he put 2 leaves on! Like are you kidding me?? Yikes. I was very polite to him, too, the whole time. Try another location, folks! Restaurant was clean, but staff ruined the experience. I’m not surprised we were the only customers. Didn’t even ask if I wanted it to-go or to dine in, he just packed it to-go.
