It's dirty! I found hair in my burger! No one's cleaning the tables, they're greasy and dirty, the floors are covered in trash, there aren't enough people there to keep up with the cleaning. There was a puddle of some brown substance on the floor for over an hour, and no one cleaned it up. They just put up a sign saying "floor wet, be careful." If it's that dirty outside, I'm terrified to imagine what could be out there where customers can't see it. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

I only had takeout coffee. I was traveling and it was great to drop in on christmas morning before getting together with the relatives. I appreciated that it was hot and stirred. Sometimes, when using the drive through at other places,they do not stir my coffee and my sugar sits at the bottom... That didn't happen here. And I was very happy!!thanks

We come here with our kids to use the play area, but it looks like the garbage bins are never emptied. They are always overflowing, which makes the place messy and unpleasant.

Closed 3-6am; not 247 as claimed. Drive thru takes more than 600 seconds (10 minutes) as contrary to their 1954 ad of in+out in under 60 seconds (1min). Idk what went wrong with such an American icon EXCEPT they stopped catering to kids and tried to clog up their drivethru with terrible coffee. Plus they can’t even get a sandwich with hab sauce correct, see pix
