I haven't been to this place in over a year because they seem to think it's a good idea to close early far too often. The place is supposed open until 11:00 PM on Thursdays according to the sign, meanwhile it was closed when it said 10:29 PM on my phone. Can't say I've ever had this problem with Burger Factory, which is actually kind of surprising because they're location is nowhere near as good as the downtown spot that Philly's has.

We thought we would give this a try. What a mistake it was. Can we say not fresh, sparse sandwiches, small buns. Not even close to a Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich. They do not even bother to toast the bun or cut the bun in half. Old beef that had been sitting around, minimal cheese, veg lacking. The two sandwiches came very light in the bag for a forty dollar order. Way over-priced for abysmal quality and value. Don't even try it....

So stop by filthy Phillies today for the first time in a long time. when I got there I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come up from the back, i was the only person there. I ordered “the big Texan” the medium size. I’m very disappointed because it’s the smallest sandwich and it cost me $20.32 There’s no way this is actually medium. I feel like I got ripped off. Things only 7 inches long. The bread was stale and extremely chilly. I ordered extra cheese. Can’t even tell if there’s extra cheese on there. Two stars because the staff was very nice, but the place should be for take out only. The place is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and some serious cleaning, but the worst of it was the loudest ventilation fan I've ever heard making ordering a difficult process since it was hard to hear anything. Blocking off half the venue, including the washrooms, so you can't see what they're making or even have a place to return your tray if dining in is for sure a red flag and made the experience pretty inconvenient.
