I am extremely disappointed with the service my family received at this McDonald’s location. At around 9:00 PM, we placed a large order using the self-service kiosk for my 3 niece, their grandmother, and ourselves(me and their mom). After waiting approximately 30 minutes, we noticed that many customers who had ordered after us had already received their food while we were still waiting. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an employee named Jaskaran at this McDonald’s location. When I arrived to pick up an order, Jaskaran was unnecessarily rude and displayed very poor behavior. Instead of assisting professionally, he spoke in a disrespectful manner and made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Employees represent the company, and behavior like this reflects badly on the restaurant. Customers and delivery drivers should never be treated with disrespect. Olivia is truly exceptional at McDonald’s! Every time I’ve visited, she stands out for her friendliness and how welcoming she is to customers. She’s one of the best at what she does, always going above and beyond to create a positive experience. Honestly, if McDonald’s hired more people like her, the company would surely thrive even more. I visited this McDonald’s today to place an order, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because of one of the employees. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I expected to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead, I felt unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training to their staff.
