We absolutely LOVED this restaurant. It is a MUST eat at if you are in Ottawa or Gatineau. It was the best meal of our trip! Wow! And the service was literally perfection -- some of the nicest humans work there🥰 We rode our e-bikes over from Ottawa. What a magical day. I had the Parisienne burger and we had the BEST mac and cheese in our lives. Merci!!!!❤️🥰❤️

Not only was the burger cooked to perfection, but the topping choices were designed to give the ideal texture and flavor combination - compliments to the chef and cooks! 👍🍔 Le Mont-Bleu Burger - (4.9/5) -huge, perfectly cooked patty 🍔 -super thick slice of mild blue cheese which melted into a delicious cheese sauce as I ate! 🧀 -roasted red peppers took it to another level 🔥 -fresh toppings and bun 🍅🥬 Rio Bravo Burger - (4.9/5) -super thick and crispy bacon Bison Burger - (4.3/5) -nice combination of flavors -bison had a light flavor, not gamey at all

Was there today December 29th 2024. The food is still great but still find it funny that the fries don't come with the burger. And the warm beer was disappointing but the Ceasars were great! Old review: Good food, great service and good beer selection. When I crave a good hamburger l, Foubrac is where I go!

I highly recommend Le Foubrac as the place to go when you just want a really good burger! They also have awesome french fries. I found the staff very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is conducive to a classic throwback diner that works for me. I also recommend their pudding chomeur! Update: Feb. 22 - Back for a Hulloise and the pudding chomer. Same, same, same great experience!
