I understand that it was Canada Day and that it was raining heavily, but we visited around one hour before closing time and did not have a pleasant experience. The staff came across as unwelcoming and somewhat aggressive in the way they spoke to us. It felt like they were disinterested in serving customers and wanted us to leave the store as soon as possible. Considering the weather outside, it would have been appreciated if customers were made to feel a little more comfortable, especially when we were simply asking basic questions about the drinks or the opening hours. 2 weeks ago was pur first time going to Van Houtte for coffee and snack. It was very welcoming atmosphere the cinnamon rolls are outnof this world. We went back this pas week for coffee and 4 more cinnamon rolls very delicious and addictive. Will be back Easter weekend yes for sure. Love that place. Excellent service plus 10 rating for sure.

I visited this café today hoping to give it another chance, but it was a huge letdown. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I wasn’t greeted, and the employees seemed dismissive and rushed, like they wanted us out as quickly as possible. I ordered a chai latte, and when I left the store I realized it was the completely wrong drink. Even after clearly explaining what I wanted, I still ended up with the wrong drink. If you’re looking for a café with good service and attention to detail, I’d recommend heading to Starbucks instead. Unfortunately, this place is not worth
