Not the best food fast food but ok. Staff was polite - brought our food to the table after we ordered. This was a pleasant surprise (our 1st time here). Waffle fries are good but small portion. Actually the entire meal was a small portion. You may need to order 2 meals per person.

I’ve only accessed Chick Fil A through their drive through which is a poor example of commercial engineering…. The drive through will have traffic backed into the Tanger Parking lot blocking cars from leaving and people trying to cut in from other parts of the parking lot. Absolute anarchy during a rush and quite dangerous having that much traffic with pedestrians walking throughout the lot. Other than this significant issue the food is pretty good and somewhat worth the price. The 12 grilled nuggets with Chick Fil A sauce are my go to but the crispy chicken sandwich is comparable to Popeyes

I visited at 10pm with friends and we were told the dining was closed, there were customers inside the dining. We asked if one of my friends could quickly use the bathroom as we were paying customers headed to the drive-thru. They said they were closed now and asked us to go somewhere else, it was unfortunate because the request to use the bathroom was totally reasonable. Lastly I asked for one spicy sandwich but ended up getting 2. I expect better customer service for spending $50

Not worth the price you pay. There are very limited options for people who have dietary restrictions. Although I must say the waffle fries were good. Waited quite awhile to order then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food on a take out order. Will not go back.
