​Service here was good and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, they served us warm water, which wasn't ideal. As for the food, the Tom Yum soup was quite good and had great flavor. The rest of the food was decent, but there was a very heavy paprika taste across the dishes. I need to try this place one more time to truly make up my mind, but it’s a decent start.

The food and service was actually top tier. If you want halal Hakka Chinese food in Ottawa, this is the place. Portions are very big for what you pay for, the food is seasoned well, and tastes great too!!! I very much recommend this place. Everything was very clean and the ambience was nice. Hope for their success, they just opened!!!

Wok&Chop is hands down one of the best spots for authentic hakka cuisine. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, you can really tell they know what they’re doing. The chilli chicken with gravy was a standout. It was saucy and perfectly balanced with heat. The crispy sesame beef was another favorite, it was tender on the inside with a great crunch and just the right sweetness. Both the egg fried rice and chicken egg fried rice were fragrant, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with the mains. The dynamite shrimp was fresh and addictively good, while the manchow soup

First time been there. Overall food was ok. Felt a little down with the fried rice felt it was cooked with little more water. Service was ok, they kept keeping dishes in one end of the table. Not enough tissue were given, water was not refilled. Was given spoon and fork, how do I cut meat/Chicken without a knife? Attention to finer details will make this a very good place.
