I hadn’t been to A&W in years, and I didn’t even realize they served breakfast. I was surprised by how great the experience was. This location is in the same lot as a mall, so parking is easy. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious. We arrived right at opening, and as soon as Ronnel unlocked the doors, he greeted everyone waiting outside, which set a positive tone. Ronnel was an absolute machone! He was running the front till, handling the drive-thru, packing orders, making drinks, and serving food all at once, and still managed to stay friendly and attentive. Mark is an amazing cashier at A&W. He was very friendly, polite, and made the whole experience better. He took the order quickly, made sure everything was correct, and had a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and Mark is doing a great job.
