I'll never come to this Chipotle again. The people don't know their menu. I ordered a kids quasidilla meal. They asked what protein? I didn't think they included it but asked for sofritas on the side. Then another server asked if I wanted cheese? Weird because it was a cheese quasidilla so there is already cheese. I said yes to the cheese and asked for sour cream. After wards they charged us for the extra sofritas! So I said I don't want it. Then I checked online to see that we get side of rice and beans. I indulged in a chipotle chicken wrap the other day and it was fresh and delicious. I got the burrito wrapped twice which is the best thing ever because it doesn’t fall a part then. I ordered via DoorDash and the delivery was quick and reasonable. They have so many items to choose from. I like my burritos loaded with almost everything and spicy. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

I’m a regular customer at Chipotle Lougheed and I eat here almost every day or every other day. I was there again on Monday, and despite how incredibly busy it was, I was genuinely impressed by the staff’s attitude, professionalism, and customer service.
