Super excited for my first time trying chipotle. Heard great reviews about portion sizes, and took my mom. She got the lettuce bowl, and I got a burrito. My mom and I didn’t know anything about the food/options because it was our first time and the staff here were so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went to Chipotle this Sunday and overall everything was very good. The food quality was on point, ingredients were fresh, and my bowl was well prepared. The staff were attentive and moved the line quickly even though it was busy. The only downside was that it was very crowded and there was nowhere to sit when we got our food. Other than that, the experience and the service were good.

This was the most unacceptable and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. During a BOGO promotion, I visited this location with my sisters, and from the moment we stepped up, the manager was rude, impatient, and clearly more focused on rushing us than providing basic customer service, despite there being only a few people behind us. I ordered steak bowl and the food is very good but I have to say the service is outstanding. You don’t find that in a food court. Everybody in the Saturday 2pm shift was very nice specially Mario. First time I come to Chipotle and I will come often because all is good! I did the above review 4 months ago. I went seceral time btween then and now. Today Feb 1st I have to say, I am disappointed. I ordered steak again but this time there were more than 4 pieces that were not edible! Pure fat!. Didn’t they saw when they were cutting it? Hmm not sure if I will order steak again. Maybe only chicken?
